Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us immediately at powershapeusa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping zones in the future.
